This spacious barndominium plan expands upon the definition of the barndo; joining classically large vaulted spaces synonymous to the barndominum with sumptuous chic design often found in magazines. This claim was achieved through a focus on the ease of circulation and key sight lines that bring sense to every placement. It’s 3,131 square foot living space provides for a distinct separation between communal and private spaces with service spaces in the center of the home, maximizing every bit of sunlight and space.
Intuitively connected through a central mudroom, is an exceptionally sized 3,301 square foot garage/shop that facilitates an ideal space for multiple car bays, RV storage, workshop, and even a restroom.
Acting as the beating heart of the home, special attention was given to making the open communal spac- es open concept yet with visual cues that denote their distinct natures. The Rec/Office retains a key fen- estration corner of the home with a visual corridor that connects it through the core to the entry, easily separated for additional privacy when needed. The kitchen and it’s pantry which acts as a natural exten- sion sits in the center of this space, open to the airy and light filled great room. This great room is high- lighted by a large fireplace with the dining room centrally framed to the other side.
Bedrooms are isolated from this central space to provide more privacy and sound separation. Two bed- rooms sit around a sizable bathroom while the master suite sits closer the laundry for easy access. Se- questered in the most private corner of the plan rests the master suite with it’s sizable bathroom and walk -in closet.

Elevation Sheets
Displays the verticle view of the home and focuses in on the materials and architec- tural elements used on the exterior.
Sections Sheets
Cuts through the home to clearly indicate the assembly of materials.
Detail Sheets: Highlight the assembly of an area.
Reflected Ceiling Plan Sheets
Highlights ceiling elements, beams, and heights from a ceiling plan. Schedules: Itemizes units, i.e. doors and windows.
Roof Plan Sheet
Indicates roof angles, ridge & valley locations, and roof elements i.e. gutters.
Electrical Plan Sheet
Indicates the locations of lights, light pulls, outlets, fans, data, TV, and electri- cal appliances in a plan view.
Foundation Plan Sheet
Displays the layout and location of the slab foundation.

Displays the verticle view of interior walls within the home, focusing on cabinetry placement.
Truss Plans
Provides truss layouts for ease of refrence. The final truss design will have to be con- firmed by manufacturer and/or engineer.
As site conditons, codes, and regulations vary between each project location, our plans do not include mechanical, plumbing, detailed truss, and structural drawing sheets.

Our plans include basic electrical layouts. However, plumbing and HVAC plans are typically designed by a local engineer or on-site by your contractor based on your chosen fixtures and local building codes.
Some areas may require additional documentation, architectural and/or engineering stamps. We recommend checking with your local permitting office before purchasing.
